Android 51 is a main villain in Dragon Ball XF, and makes a cameo in Dragon Ball XF: War on Earth. He is the second Android made by Dr. Rage. He has multiple forms, and evolves by absorbing energy.

Form 1[]
His first form is arguably his least powerful, weak enough so Gokai in SSJ can stand up to him in a fight. However, he has a much greater speed then all later forms. He only used this form for the fights with Gokai, Vegetus, and Piccolo.
Form 2[]
51 gained this form after absorbing Gokai's Kamehameha and Vegetus's Final Blast, as well as Piccolo's Explosive Demon Wave. He has not changed much in appearence, but is much stronger, able to easily defeat the trio. However, Ultimate Gohan and SSJ3 Goku were able to hold him in a standstill easily, and Super Saiyan 4 Goku defeated him quickly.
He is slightly slower, but has more powerful energy attacks, actually hitting himself with one to gain the power boost.
Form 3[]
51's final and main form, it is the most powerful of them all, easily outpacing even Omega Shenron. In this form, he was easily able to even beat SSJ4 Gogeta, and Mystic Super Saiyan Gohan. He gained this form from absorbing Goku's Super Spirit Bomb.
While he is much slower than any form before, he is able to take and dish out incredibly powerful attacks, easily deflecting a second Spirit Bomb by Vegeta.
