The Black Star Blue Dragon Balls are the main dragon balls in Dragon Ball Supreme. Fusion Shenron was a shadow dragon created from them. The Dragon that comes from them is Bolt.

Damain had heard about it from his family's history. He suspects that Uub had something do do in creating them. He has had the five star ball for years and introduces them to the Z-Hunters. He thinks that they could be the key to stopping the rise of evil. The Z-Hunters then go looking for them, to find that they have fallen in the hands of the Flash Hunters.
