Central Intelligence Agency is a supporting faction in The Ultra Dragon Ball Wiki Wars! They often assist in intelligence missions and help the few remaining squadrons (mainly Delta Force) in their plight to defeat the New Federation. Originally intended to be a one mission only faction, it changed to a supporting faction for unknown reasons.

Also known as U.W.D.D., this can either be considered a mission or not, depending on the viewer's perspective but in any case, I will proceed to summarize. In the mission, agents Blaze and Gogeta recieve information on their next assignment, discover the identity of the mysterious fourth founder of the New Federation. That's all that happens.
