Dragonic Super Saiyan' is a fusion between Shenron(any of them) and a Super Saiyan.A Dragonic Super Saiyan's power level is equal to a Super Saiyan 3 multiplied by 10.This transformation is permenate unless you take to much damage.This form CANNOT GRANT WISHES but can be devived into 7 dragonballs.This transformation also works with with the Dark Dragons(examples Nova or Syn Shenron).
