Aqua Shenron is a blue counterpart of Shenron. He looks similar to Shenron, but has no arms and legs, missing whiskers, has fins like Porunga, two black horns and is much bigger. He can grant five wishes. Unlike Shenron, He can grant the same wish twice. Like other dragons, he is created by a Namekian. His creator is King Topus.
