Arqua beaten by Pikkon in Fusion Reborn.
Arqua is the East kai's best student. He fought Goku in the third round of the Other World Tournament. When he transforms the field into a water arena he has the advantage until Goku beats him with a Solar Kamehameha combo. He is seen again in a cameo in Fusion Reborn when he gets beat by Pikkon.

- Flooding Technique- The ability to flood the area surrounding him in water.
