The Ultra Kaio-Ken is a power-up used in NB.
Usage and Power[]
The Ultra Kaio-ken is obtained by using a Laio-Ken X100 then getting very angry. It can be held much longer then the normal Kaio-Ken, and the normal Ultra Kaio-Ken times the users power X100, but a up to a 75x can be used.
