Guka is a student of Master Roshi, who found Guka abandoned on his island as a baby. Roshi cared for the infant until he was old enough to start training. Since then, Guka acts as Roshi was his own father, and Roshi acts as Guka was his own son. His rival is Sieto, a student of the opposing Crane School.

Personality[]

Guka acts similar to Roshi's previous star pupil, Goku: both are cheerful, have a energetic personality, and share a love of competition. However, the one thing he doesn't share with the Saiyan is trypanophobia: the fear of medical syringes.

Appearance[]

Not only does Guka act like Goku, he looks a little like him: he has spiky brown hair, wears a orange gi with Master Roshi's kanji on the left side, dark blue wristbands, a black belt, and black boots. However, since he is a human and not a Saiyan, he lacks a tail.

Techniques[]

  • Ki Blast – The most basic form of energy wave.
  • Kamehameha – The blue energy wave invented by Roshi. He eventually taught it to Guka, like the rest of his students.
    • Feet Kamehameha – Guka basically fires a Kamehameha from his feet, leaving him free to attack with his hands.
    • MAX Power Kamehameha – A Kamehameha charged at Guka's maximum power.
  • Tornado! – Guka spins while rushing his opponent to attack them.
  • Turtle School Four Virtues – Guka kicks the opponent into the air. Then, he jumps behind the opponent and dashes to punch their feet making them fall. Finally, he hook kicks them away.
  • Turtle School Ultimate Fist – Guka knocks the opponent in the air. Then, he punches the opponent and kicks them with a reverse kick. Next, he kicks them again before elbowing the opponent from above to the ground. Finally, Guka does a front flip and smashes into the opponent's back with both of his feet.
  • Turtle School Tranquility – Guka uppercuts the opponent into the air. Then, he overhead kicks them and then attacks them with a punch to the chest. Finally, he pokes the opponent's eyes before open palm striking them away.

Trivia[]

  • Guka's name is based off the Japanese word for student: gakusei (学生)
  • Guka is strongly based off Goku, since they look and act the same. Guka's relationship with Roshi mimics Goku's relationship with Grandpa Gohan. Both of them were also trained by Roshi and learned his Kamehameha technique.
