Majin Piccolo is Evil Nail's brother. He was flying to go help Gohan defeat Yakon, butBabidi was faster and he turned Piccolo into a Majin. When everybody noticed Piccolo went rogue It was too late and he fused with Evil Nail and he was too powerful.
