Mr. Fine is also Grace's father but is not that fine! He is like a Z-fighter but he doesn't even know Goku, he just knows that he saved the world. He has a personality like Vegeta and a attitude like Vegeta except he is not him.

Mr. Fine wears a black muscle shirt. And kind of tight dark blue pants like a rock star. Really messed up sneakers that were red but not any more! And he has black spiky hair like Vegeta in GT.
