Omega Shenron preparing a Negative Karma Ball
Negative Karma Ball (マイナスエネルギーパワーボール) is Omega Shenron's most powerful attack. Omega Shenron pushes his chest forward, channeling pure negative energy through the Dragon Balls on his chest. Small red streams of energy fly out and start to form a crimson energy sphere with a pink center as it expands many times its original size. Omega Shenron condenses the sphere to about the size of his body and launches it at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.
Omega Shenron first used this attack in an attempt to
Gogeta kicking the Negative Karma Ball into space
destroy Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta and theEarth. However, Gogeta teleported in front of the Negative Karma Ball and channeled some of his positive energy into it as he kicked it up into space. This changed the Negative Karma Ball into a positive energy sphere (with a blue color) that soon created a nuke-like explosion upon leaving the Earth's atmosphere.
Omega Shenron later used it against the weary Goku and Vegeta, which nearly killed the former. Omega Shenron used the Negative Karma Ball on Goku again while he was holding the Universal Spirit Bomb, but to no avail.
Negative Karma Ball appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3, Dragon Ball Z: Infinite World and the Budokai Tenkaichi series. In these video games, it is named "Minus Energy Power Ball" and is Omega Shenron's Ultimate Blast.
