Like how in the rest of the story in Dragon Ball: Ultimate Blast takes, she is from a different dimension than the normal Dragon Ball Universe where Goku and the others live. A few years before Frieza destroyed Planet Vegeta, Raditz had a daughter. Raditz wanted to honor his father, Bardock, so he named her after a member of Bardock's Elite, Shugesh[1]. A few years later, his brother, Reppes was born. And so did Frieza destroy the planet. Pankin escaped in a pod to Yardrat, where she trained and learned Instant Transmission. 20 years later, she finally met up with his brother on Earth. At the time, she was stronger than his brother, even when he used his Chaotix Super Saiyan transformation. A few years later, Pankin and everyone else in her family competed in the Worlds Martial Arts Tournament, and lost to his brother. After a few years since the tournament, she trained with his brother in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, not knowi

ng that a great threat was using the Ultimate Dragon Balls to turn her and his brother into a kid. While fighting Buu Shenlong, she met with his grandnephew from the future, who easily defeated him, to warn Pankin and her friends about another threat, where Toma attempted to teach Pankin the Super Saiyan 5 transformation, but Pankin was too weak because of her kid body. Several years after, she and her brother came to save Neo Arcadia, where her IQ drastically increased to 344 because of Megaman X granting his knowledge to her. Since then, she became a scientist and worked on inventions and created the Gravity Machine which can go up to infinite gravity rates, where Raditz and Nappa train ever since. 15 years later, Pankin and Ciel created Casshern.
