This charecter was inveted by Supreme Gogeta. He was born after Cell made all his son's the Cell J.r's fuse with him. He is the same strength as a Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta Jr..
He has the same color skin as Cell but with somw blur and place's and his horns are a little shorter than before. He has alll the same attacks as Cell.
