Basic PlotEdit

On July 2nd, 2019, the Vietnamese detected mysterious phenomena around their oceans. By 2021, Vietnam has gone completely silent, with no visitors, no communiction, or anything else. Suspicous of their intentions, and suspecting nuclear weapons, the U.S. deploys the first group of Sentries (black ops soldiers with mechanized nanobites running through their bodies), to drop from orbit and investigate Vietnam. However, while falling down, most of the Sentries are killed by an unknown source, leaving only Silence, the squad leader (thumbs up if you know what I reference in Silence's name), to investigate the hostile island.

Silence discovers that Vietnam has changed completely. Most cities are completely deserted, with vegetation beginning to reclaim them. As Silence proceeds deeper into the country, he discovers a threat that has the potential to wipe out all mankind.
